creativity and excellent finishing. Every item is individually
manufactured by a team of dexterous designers who are have immense knowledge of the field. The outgoing items are thoroughly checked and
inspected by experts before their final dispatch, in order to ensure the
movement of error free goods from the unit. Our products are packaged
in world class packaging materials, thereby by ensuring their safety in transit.
R & D
Research and development is an integral part of our working system. We
have the technique of understanding costumer’s needs, individual
designs, reliability, timely delivery and finesse of craftsmanship. Our
R&D team comprises of 20 people– 6 for sourcing materials, 6
design artists and 8 executives for sampling. The entire team works
proficiently to cater to the needs of high fashion garment house in the
Japan and Europe.
Infrastructure
We are a perfect blend of innovative workforce and latest machines to
manufacture top-notch quality products for our valued clients. The
company is powered with 300 machines and more than 450 people, including
150 highly skilled embroidery experts. We have ultra modern finishing
units consisting of steam press machines, hydro and washing machines,
which are constantly upgraded. 10% of annual turnover is spent on
investment on new equipment. With our robust technical set-up, we can
produce 1,00,000 pieces in a month.
